"We are AJ's customer for some time already. Every time we have issues/questions, we contact them and mostly we have immidiate response. This time, my daughter bought a new car and want to add to her policy over the weekend so she can feel comfortable to drive it this week. I called and left message, but didn't get resonse this time. So I call the home office of StateFarm to talk to their agent there. It was a long waiting time each time. In the middle the call of first call, it was dropped. Then I called again after long waiting time, I got connected again. I was told that my request can't be done unless my daughter is the owner. It's very fustrated that means we will need to deal with it via DMV. This morning, the first day after long weekend, we got a call from Seema, AJ's office. She was able to sort things through and got the new car added to my daughter's policy. Very experience and efficient. I am glad that they are my Statefarm agent!"
